We are looking for a Charter Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry level-position with the possibility of rapid professional development and promotion. As a Charter Coordinator, you will be coordinating a remote team of highly talented mentors.

We are a rapidly growing ed tech startup based in Boston that helps 9-12th grade students make the most of their high school experience. With over 200 employees, we offer mentorship, tutoring, test prep, and help with college applications.

Job details:

This Charter Program Coordinator oversees our latest product that makes college applications advising available at low-income charter schools. In this role, you will train consultants, coordinate with our school sites, and ensure high-quality service delivery. 

• Compensation starts at $22/hr

• 15 hrs/week minimum
• Flexible hours
• Some office work required, but remote work often an option

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate new feature rollout on our online program.- Guide consultants through online training.
- Coordinate with school sites.
- Monitor client progression throughout the year.
- Provide the Operations team with product reports.
- Assist in product research.
- Encourage and update our remote team as the year progresses.

Qualifications:

- College graduate or on track to graduate
- Strong writer
- Past experience in Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Quick to learn new software
- Works well on a team
- Can come to our Cambridge office at least 15 hours per week
