HubSpot is looking for its next effective, passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Agency Partner Customer Success team. The Agency Partner Customer Success Manager works with HubSpot’s new Agency Partners to onboard them with the HubSpot tools and methodology, and provide ongoing consulting and account management to promote long-term customer success. This role is critical to driving the growth of HubSpot’s Agency Partner program.

As an Agency Partner Customer Success Manager, you will work to create customized solutions to help Agency Partners expand their service offerings, resell HubSpot to their clients and prospects, drive additional revenue to grow their businesses, and achieve better client campaign results. You’ll be at the forefront of helping the marketing agency world become more “Inbound.”

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be the main point of contact and advocate for approximately 80 Agency Partners throughout onboarding and client delivery
  • Become an expert on and teach Agency Partners the Inbound methodology and HubSpot software
  • Collaborate with and provide coaching and consulting to Agency Partners on their processes, execution, and services delivery to drive success and help them retain our mutual clients
  • Proactively identify additional revenue opportunities from the existing client base
  • Independently and successfully manage a high volume of account-related tasks, ultimately focused on customer retention
  • Contribute to a positive team environment of equity and inclusion

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Motivation and hunger to learn and improve
  • Proven track record of achieving results

Pluses:

  • Inbound Marketing & Sales knowledge
  • Prior agency experience
  • Prior account management and/or customer retention experience
  • Negotiation or sales experience
  • Prior experience in a SaaS business model
  • Experience with marketing automation or sales enablement software
