HubSpot’s Business Enablement team is looking for a BSA Manager who will oversee, maintain and improve our customer success and growth system operations. While people leadership is job #1, this role will also drive the roadmap for, and delivery of, new capabilities within our CRM environment.

This role has three primary responsibilities:

1) Be an exemplary people manager to the employees on this team. This role will own the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and growth of the team. You’ll be expected to lead by example and consistently embody leadership principles including but not limited to:

  • Setting direction
  • Setting clear and high expectations
  • Providing clear and specific feedback
  • Coaching employees to perform at a high level
  • Supporting employees as they drive their professional growth

2) Drive cross-functional alignment around the technology projects that will create the biggest impact on customer growth, success, and retention. This team collaborates across Sales, Marketing, and the Product team. It also works with sister teams within Business Enablement. Being an effective collaborator and influencer is key to this role so that all constituents remain aligned and focused on high impact projects. We aim to create step function improvements, not incremental ones.

3) Own the roadmap and delivery of roadmap capabilities. Roadmaps are fundamental to our approach to project management. They’re living documents that reflect our priorities and what we intend to deliver for the business. This role is responsible for the roadmap and the smooth delivery of roadmap milestones.

  • BSA manager will oversee, maintain and improve our customer success and growth system operations.
  • Candidates will have a solid technical background and proven experience delivering successful technical solutions that drove productivity gains and revenue/customer retention in Sales & Services.
  • They will have strong CRM industry knowledge.
  • Strong communication and project management skills
