Business Development Team Manager
The Business Development Manager is an integral role in the growth of SnapApp. The right candidate will know how to scale a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives.

What you’ll do:
Manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) tasked with inbound and outbound activities including cold-calling, prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity qualification.
Continuous coaching and mentoring are mission critical to this roll as well as part of providing consistent feedback to the team while driving productivity.
Hire, onboard, train and grow a high performing BDR team
Initiate, manage, and take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Product, and Client Services to insure team is capturing learnings from other department and providing back their front line insights.
Stay deeply involved in the appraisal and career progression of your team with an aim to get them all promoted up the sales organization.
Work closely with the VP of Sales & VP of Marketing to identify trends with our prospects
Identify and define key sales metrics, measure sales process, and create goals and incentives that drive growth
Assess and define optimal sales pairings and structures with Account Executives and Account Managers and territories.
What we’re looking for:
Proven ability to build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives
Deep understanding of Sales 2.0 demand generation function and supporting technologies
Strong interviewing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using Salesforce.com highly desirable
BA/BS (or equivalent) required
A great sense of humor and a willingness to relentlessly adjust as necessary
