Associate, Social Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Crafting, posting, and tracking posts across various social media platforms
- Channel monitoring, user interaction, and listen to our social media audiences, engaging as directed
- Act as an overall team coordinator – including project tracking reporting and general operational responsibilities
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure social media activities help to support business initiatives
- Monitor and track performance of posts, assist with weekly preparation of reports, analysis, and share data as directed
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the social content calendar, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication
- Research industry best practices and new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our social media marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has the following key attributes: results orientation, collaborative spirit, creativity, resourcefulness, organization, confidence, initiative and enthusiasm. Specifically,
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Passionate expert about digital and social media
- Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, CRM, experiential & social)
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work -- big and small – done
- Team player, motivated to build internal confidence and alignment
- Experience working in “passion” categories
- Experience in design programs like Photoshop a plus
- Avid sports fan and fantasy sports enthusiast a plus
