What we are looking for:

As an Associate Recruiter at Brightcove, you will develop and build relationships with hiring managers, human resources team members, and candidates to attract and hire top talent for the functional groups you support. You will also manage and develop the University and Co-op hiring and programmatic initiatives, and support the VP of Talent Acquisition in recruiting operations. You are driven, self-motivated, and not afraid to take on new endeavors for professional development and help Brightcove continue to be an employer of choice.

What you will do here:

• Manage lifecycle recruiting for Customer Support and G&A hiring
• Create talent pools and candidate pipeline: you will source, screen, and qualify potential candidates to fill open and opportunistic roles
• Partner with HR Business Partner on workforce planning initiatives for Customer Support and G&A areas
• Manage University and Co-op recruiting programs and hiring
• Support the VP of Talent Acquisition on operational and reporting needs
• Manage the Greenhouse (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter relationships with vendors, as well as update and train on new releases
• Train and develop Recruiting Co-op

What you will bring here:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of recruiting and/or recruiting operations experience
• A competitive, goal oriented background with a natural curiosity and a desire to grow your career
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to exceed goals and take initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
