The Associate Product Manager – CoEx Platform is responsible for managing the execution of new features for ownerIQ’s platform, CoEx (Co-Operative Audience Exchange). CoEx is the only transparent second-party data sharing marketplace where major retailers, manufacturers and ecommerce partners safely and securely transform their website audience into rich advertising targets. CoEx is used by clients and internal staff. This position reports to the VP of the CoEx Platform and will be focused on product initiatives that support the brokering of second-party data sharing relationships, taking them from conception to launch. This position reports to the VP, CoEx Platform.

  • Interact with customers and internal ownerIQ teams to identify new opportunities and market needs.
  • Evaluate and prioritize potential features based on strategic value, demand and level of investment.
  • Write detailed requirements and use cases for new feature initiatives.
  • Engage design to create wireframes.
  • Lead workflow with engineering to execute new product features based on agreed upon specifications.
  • Manage the testing process to ensure new features meet product requirements for functionality, performance and usability.
  • Act as a project manager working with technical lead to track project deliverables and milestones.
  • Arrange meetings with business stakeholders or tech to move the project forward, drive follow-up items and identify and remove roadblocks.
  • Coordinate and manage deliverables for launch from business owners including Client Services, Marketing and Sales.
  • Facilitate cross department communications and status updates to keep all parties up to speed on progress.
  • Provide training for new product features to clients and employees and create support materials as needed.
  • Drive consistent delivery of product features to enhance our second-party data offering and increase user engagement in CoEx.
 Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building strong, productive, positive and lasting business relationship both internally and externally.
  • Ability and willingness to utilize all necessary technology, software and communications aids.
  • Product or project management experience with a focus on software products preferred.
  • Ability to communicate actionable and clear messages across teams to users with various technical skill levels and roles.
  • Keen eye for detail and a natural problem solver.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in the ad tech industry specifically with a DMP or DSP a plus.
