We need training for our resellers to help them get the most out of our printers and a suite of case studies that show customers the full potential of our revolutionary technology. Help us communicate the power of our printer to our most valuable customers.

You will:

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with resellers while teaching them best printing practices.
• Communicate with customers to collect feedback and case studies for our printer.
• Run analyses to help our sales and marketing teams better align with customer needs.
• Design and print example parts that show off the full capabilities of our printer.
• Deliver engaging content for the blog and other marketing collateral.
• Represent Markforged at marketing events (seminars at customers, presentations at conferences and trade shows).

We're looking for people who:

• Want to contribute to a culture of excellence.
• Are energetic, creative, independent, and detail-minded with good problem solving skills.
• Explain technical concepts well, one-on-one as well as in larger presentations.
• Have extensive experience with 3D printing or composites.
• Use CAD fluently.
• Are willing to travel.
• Have a B.S. in an engineering field (mechanical, industrial, or aerospace preferred).
