Administrative Assistant/Sales Coordinator
Overview
Cybba is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Sales Coordinator to add to our growing team in Boston. The Admin/Sales Coordinator will help with coordinating all sales functions in the office including scheduling trainings, taking notes in sales meetings, gathering necessary data and creating graphs for presentations. This person will also take on various administrative duties in the office including answering phones and greeting visitors, managing office orders and vendor accounts, and managing conference rooms among others. This person will help to be the face of Cybba so having an outgoing personality is a must!
Responsibilities
- Order all supplies (office, maintenance, groceries) and organize, clean, and stock storage rooms
- Answer all phone calls and greet all office visitors
- Set up and break down for all office meetings and events
- Assist the marketing team with ordering and maintaining company promotional and sales materials
- Manage all aspects of event research and logistics, along with any relevant travel coordination
- Assist HR with setting up workstations for new hires and maintain company contact list
- Assist Senior Recruiter with reserving conference rooms for interviews; facilitate in person interview process with hiring managers
- Manage vendor accounts: Amazon, FedEx, etc.
- Attend and take notes at sales and account management meetings
- Assist CRO and Operations Manager with sales team reporting and pipeline management
- Backup for Office Manager as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Proven self-starter
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
