Since we’re nationwide, all 461 U.S. stores of a global retail chain can use ezCater to ensure their staff is fed on Black Friday. All 5000 sales reps at a top-ten pharma firm can use ezCater to get food to their sales meetings across the country. In a multi-campus university system, all the faculty, adjuncts, and student coordinators can … you get the idea. Our National Sales team lands accounts with hundreds or thousands of potential users, and it’s your job to turn all those potentials into ezCater addicts.

What you’ll do:
- Farm. You’re working from warm leads. Our National Sales department has gotten senior management at company X to mandate (or, at least, strongly encourage) the use of ezCater. Your team’s job is to get X’s thousands of employees to adopt ezCater.
- Plan. You'll be a key player in the account rollout process by building relationships with advocates within the account, training users on ezCater, and building strategies to get maximum habitual use within the first month.
- Maintain. You're responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within a group of National Accounts ranging from key decision makers to individual users.
- Teach. You're the expert on the value proposition of ezCater, able to convey this to everyone within the client's organization.
- Collaborate. You have our National Sales department to hand you accounts, and our Marketing department for great campaign support.
Please:
- Love process. You’ve created playbooks for client success, measured every act in the playbook, and optimized the heck out of each act – without losing that personal touch.
- Be driven by data. You’ve got your favorite ways to measure results and Excel is your friend.
- Be creative. You bring new ideas to the table and love to try them, track them, and grow them.
- Be a revenue junkie. You’re always finding new revenue in your client base.
- Be technically savvy. CRM, SFA and marketing tools are child’s play to you.
- Be nice. You play well with others – and command credibility, too.
- Have experience in a B2B or B2C2B market, preferably one where your audience was sales people.
- Have experience in or passion for business services and/or have experience selling to sales forces and/or admins.
