Account Directors are active, consultative partners focused on helping Localytics' clients meet their business goals through the combination of data insight & marketing action. They will also drive growth and adoption across the customers' organization.

The Account Director is an expert in all things mobile and marketing: S/he works with customers to understand their business drivers, the impact of their app and marketing to their business, introducing new features to the market, and ensures our customers' investment in Localytics helps them surpass their business goals.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for educating Localytics' clients on best practices as well as identifying and closing renewal & upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate has worked in a revenue generating role in a Saas business model.
Responsibilities:

  • Own a collection of accounts for upsell and retention.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with customer success, product development, finance, marketing and engineering teams to ensure growth attainment

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Negotiate contract renewals and upsells 

Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S.
  • 4+ years related experience in SaaS company

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Sales experience
  • Experience surpassing an annual quota 
  • Passion for mobile, marketing and analytics

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Responsible, self-motivated and professional
