Overview

Reporting to the Director of Search Sales, you will be responsible for developing direct and agency level relationships with executive level decision makers at retail brands. This includes cross-selling our Search product to the existing client base in addition to collaborating on brand new businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, contract execution and campaign delivery.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure detailed and accurate qualification of advertiser.
  • Build a pipeline of large ecommerce prospects to deliver against new business targets.
  • Present and evangelize the Criteo value proposition.
  • Solution sell Criteo offerings by honing in on client and industry specific needs, challenges and trends, while selling / up-selling to long term uncapped budgets.
  • Partner with a broad range of internal teams (display, marketing, legal, account management, tech solutions) to support the sales efforts.
  • Deliver against set KPIs.
  • Work strategically to meet and exceed customer and organizational goals.

What do we NEED?

  • 2+ years proven solution sales and/or paid search experience
  • Fluent and conversant in omni-channel marketing strategies, the digital landscape and ecommerce.
  • Aggressive and capable of opening doors across clients at all levels.
  • Ability to persuade executive level management of Criteo’s value proposition.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, with experience selling or managing related technologies and technology providers, including paid search & Google Shopping.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
