The Account Executive will lend their support to the entire sales team. In this new role, you’ll usher deals through the pipeline and act as the voice of our clients internally when designing solutions to fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all activities related to new prospects from lead qualification through signed deals
  • Create proposals, or bring together the correct team to do so
  • Build relationships with prospects to understand scope and needs of future projects
  • Provide context and successfully manage handoffs from sales to delivery
  • Proactively manage timelines and staying abreast of prospect clients’ desired timelines and follow up needs
  • Understand the follow-up details for each deal in the pipeline
  • Serve as the responsible point person for ongoing prospective sales
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales system
  • Develop reports and presentations, etc., to communicate results in a brief and easy to understand manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience in a sales or related position
  • Experience with enterprise sales and procurement is a plus
  • Passion for, and experience with, cutting-edge technologies, from mobile to IoT, VR, and machine learning.
  • Experience drafting proposals and contracts
  • Ability to create alignment among various stakeholders and effectively manage up
  • Exceptional time management skills - you will be simultaneously managing multiple prospects with both short-term and long-term deadlines
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Natural problem-solver; comfortable being the point person for next steps
