Account Director
Position Overview
Boston Interactive is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our talented team. Account Directors provide the highest level of service to our clients by understanding their unique business challenges and delivering strategic interactive solutions that meet their business needs. Account Directors develop strong partnerships with clients by consulting with them on an ongoing basis on latest digital trends and making recommendations for new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client strategic business goals and deliver interactive strategies and solutions
- Oversee Producers and internal team workflow on projects to ensure successful delivery of interactive projects and highest level of service to clients
- Manage large-scale digital projects from strategy phase to project launch, including strategy development, implementation and overall scope management
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with clients and identify additional opportunities within existing client accounts
- Forecast resource needs across multiple projects and accounts to ensure project success
- Participate in weekly meetings, pre-sales activities, and internal initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a track record of accomplishment in digital marketing agency environment
- Excellent relationship, client management, and communication skills
- Passionate about the Internet, strong blend of technical and creative dexterity
- Organized, flexible, goal-oriented, results-driven individual
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ability to effectively manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- BA or BS Degree
Preferred:
- PMP-certification
