The job: 3D printing customer success manager
What you’d do: Connect with 3D printer users to teach them the technology, identify problems and create solutions via email and phone.
Where you’d work: Somerville
What they’re looking for: You should have more than one year of experience talking to customers on the phone and are ideally well-versed in CAD, modeling, 3D printing and/or digital fabrication tools.
The job: Director, implementation services
What you’d do: You’d serve as a trusted adviser to customers in your portfolio and be responsible for leading a team of engagement managers and consultants focused on implementing SHYFT products.

What they’re looking for: You should have over eight years’ experience delivering technology solutions with a consultative mindset and over five years of management experience. Knowledge of the life sciences/healthcare industry is a plus.
The job: Software developer
What you’d do: You will work on multiple projects (on tight deadline) with other senior developers and the product and design teams, using development technologies, frameworks and practices like React, Webpack and Babel.

What they’re looking for: Someone with two to three years of software development experience with Javascript MVC libraries such as React or Angular. Bonus points if you have experience with React, Redux, GraphQL or Apollo.
The job: Senior web designer
What you’d do: Own and manage the design, look and feel of the Netcracker website as a marketing and e-business tool, ensuring ease of navigation, usability and interactivity for users.

The job: Sales development representative
What you’d do: You’re responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Carbon Black’s sales organization, accomplished through outbound calling and emailing.

What they’re looking for: You should have strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills. While experience in lead generation in the high-tech software industry is a major plus, there is not a high degree of technical knowledge required for this position.

What you’d do: A good growth opportunity for those with a couple of years of experience in video or broadcast production, this role requires planning and coordinating all aspects of a production.
