Accounts Receivable Supervisor Nathalie Lavallee noted that Skillsoft’s CSR engagement makes her work life deeply fulfilling. Lavallee added that her day-to-day work with her colleagues brings even greater richness to her role. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without my team and the people I work with every day,” Lavallee said.

I love the fact that Skillsoft does an annual backpack drive and annual Thanksgiving basket drive for the community.

According to the Pew Research Center, only 25 percent of software roles are filled by women — making diverse leadership in software engineering more critical than ever.
