According to Jason McCluskey, Immuta has always embraced a hybrid approach to work and continues to evolve its perspective on work-life balance. “As we scale, we’re exploring ways to maintain engagement, whether that involves enhancing benefits or inviting remote employees to in-person events,” he said. With team members spread across the globe, the company makes an effort to ensure all employees feel empowered to do their best work. “Given our international expansion, our managers have continued to mature our operating model to ensure our colleagues abroad receive support,” McCluskey said.
